The essence of Puglia in a bottle

Among the hills of the lower Murgia North of Bari, in particular in the area of Corato, is born Credo extra virgin olive oil obtained by pressing single-varietal olives Coratina cultivar.

Credo it tells of an authentic Puglia: that of slow rhythms, the scent of freshly mowed grass and the dry stone walls along the Murgian paths. It embodies wisdom, competence and passion of those who have held olives in the palm of their hand for years, dirtying them with earth and greasing them with oil.

 

Credo it is a sensorial experience that involves sight, smell and palate, going through various stages of perception: from the yellow-gold color with green reflections, from the notes of grass and almonds, from the intense fruity, to the bitter, until that stinging pinch that lingers in the throat.
