You have 7 days from receipt to return an unused item in its original packaging.
nce the return is approved, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping costs and VAT) on the same payment method used.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, but if the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the costs.
In case of damaged products, send a photo and an email to amministrazione@oliocredo.it. 
Use a trackable shipment for returns; Credo is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
