- Shipping rates e: Our shipping rates are based on the weight, size and destination of the package. The exact cost of shipping your order will be automatically highlighted at checkout.
- Processing times: Once you place your order, we will work to prepare your package as quickly as possible. Processing times vary depending on product availability and the volume of orders received. We will do our best to send your order within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Traceability: Every shipment made via UPS, BARTOLINI and DHL, TNT and Italian post will come with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the selected courier's website.
. Destinations covered: Credo ships all over the world. We are proud to offer delivery of our products wherever you are! However, please note that customs or local restrictions may apply in some destinations. We recommend that you check your local regulations before placing an order.
- Insurance: All parcels sent via Credo are insured up to a value of €100 against any damage or loss. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in the process of filing a complaint and will do our best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
