Returns and Refunds
Thank you for choosing the products Credo. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help!
Returns:
From the date you received the item, you have 14 calendar days to return it to us.
To be able to make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will evaluate it and notify you of the outcome via email.
If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund to the same payment method you used during the purchase. You will receive the refund within a few days, net of shipping costs and VAT.
Shipping cost:
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
However, if the product is damaged or defective, the shipping return will be paid by Credo.
Damaged or defective items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please immediately forward an email to amministrazione@oliocredo.it with clear photos identifying the damage or defect. We will assist you in the return or replacement process.
Legal notices:
Credo reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds outside of the conditions set out above. Furthermore, Credo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a method of trackable shipping.
